Why Water Filtration?

Safe Water. Good Health.

Safe water is essential. In fact, drinking clean water is so important to proper hydration that Harvard Medical School suggests drinking two to three cups of water an hour, or more if you're sweating heavily.1 Drinking plenty of water can prevent dehydration, help regulate your temperature, cushion your joints and flush your body of wastes.2

Our country's public water supply is among the safest in the world, but your local water may be contaminated with naturally occurring chemicals, minerals, organic and inorganic matter.3

Water filtration improves the quality of water coming from your existing water supply, ensuring that you are getting fresh, clean, great-tasting water with every pour.

Why Water Filtration?

How Does Water Filtration Work?

Improve the taste, purity and safety of your water.

A water filtration system is connected to your existing water supply to reduce potentially harmful impurities and other contaminants that may be found in your local water supply. Because the water is filtered before it's dispensed, you can enjoy refreshing water for all your water needs – drinking, making brewed beverages like coffee and tea, cooking, watering your plants and feeding your pets.

How Does Water Filtration Work?

Do You Need Water Filtration?

Filtration can remove dissolved minerals.

Some parts of the country have naturally "hard" water, which contains higher amounts of minerals, specifically calcium and magnesium. Mineral buildup can leave chalky, brown or reddish stains and an off-taste.4 Water filtration can remove high levels of dissolved minerals.

What's the Right Solution for You?

Reverse osmosis or
activated carbon.

We offer two types of filtration solutions: reverse osmosis and activated carbon. Both are effective and work well.

Reverse Osmosis
Reverse-osmosis systems use pressure to force water through a semi-permeable membrane as the main filtration mechanism. Reverse osmosis provides all the benefits of carbon filtration, plus reduces dissolved minerals for a crisp, refreshing taste.

Activated Carbon
Activated carbon systems force water through a carbon filter that captures and reduces contaminants, such as chlorine and common sediments that affect water taste and odor. Carbon filters also reduce bacterial cysts, lead and other biological impurities.
